We understand that life happens and schedules change. To ensure we can provide quality care to all our patients, we ask for advance notice when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Notice requirements
24+ hours notice: No charge. We'll work with you to reschedule at a time that works better.
Same-day cancellation: Full session fee applies ($120 for initial appointments, $60 for follow-ups).
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of session fee applies.
No-show: Full session fee applies.
We know unexpected situations arise. Your first late cancellation or no-show will be waived as a courtesy. After that, the fees above will apply.
First-time courtesy
We understand that true emergencies and sudden illness happen. If you experience a medical emergency, family crisis, or acute illness that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Why We Have This Policy
When an appointment is missed without adequate notice, it prevents another patient from receiving care during that time. This policy helps us maintain availability and provide the best possible service to everyone in our care.
