Appointment Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through this Website or our booking system are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our office. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time.

Scope of Services

MLR Holistic Health provides:

  • Psychiatric medication management

  • Primary care services

  • Telehealth appointments

We do NOT provide psychotherapy or counselling. If you are seeking talk therapy, we are happy to provide referrals to licensed therapists in the area.

Geographic Limitations

Marie Linda Rabel, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Services are provided only to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of service.

Insurance and Fees

We accept certain insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Please review our Fees & Insurance page for detailed information about coverage, costs, and payment policies.

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying your insurance coverage and benefits

  • Understanding your financial responsibility

  • Providing accurate insurance information
